As per NJ State Guidelines, we are operating under Covid-19 precautionary measures for our clients and staff to ensure safety. Please note that only clients undergoing a beauty service will be allowed in the salon. All clients must wear a face mask to enter. Drivers of clients can coordinate drop-off and pick-up accordingly. Children will not be allowed in the salon, so plan for their care during your visit. Policies
Due to our by-appointment scheduling, we kindly ask that cancellations be done 48 hours in advance.
A cash deposit of $100 is required in order to reserve your appointment of any service starting at $100. Deposit will be applied to the final service cost. If the scheduled service is over $100, Restoration Hair Lounge will also reserve a credit card in your file. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Restoration Hair Lounge requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will result in the full amount of the scheduled service to be charged to the reserved credit card.
Please try your best to arrive on time, we try our best to be on time!
Please let your stylist know if you are unhappy with your service as there will be no adjustments made after leaving the salon on the day of your appointment.
No refunds for services completed in our salon. And due to health code regulations, no returns and no exchanges for products that leave the salon premises.
We kindly ask that all stylist gratuities be handled in cash.
For the safety and well-being of children, unless the child is having a hair service, we kindly ask parents to not bring them to the lounge.
